K.O.C will use the Crane Work Boat for unrestricted duties and for tasks such as lifting and moving heavy equipment, oil-pollution control, SPM hose handling, FO/FW supply to remote areas, and other similar duties. This vessel is powered by 2 x 1068KW medium speed main engines driving C.P.P Azimuthing Stern Thrusters. The engines are supported by Condition Based Monitoring System to monitor the engine and propulsion system through satellite. The vessel is also equipped with an offshore crane, capable of lifting 20 tons at 10 meters radius, and a bow thruster that enhances the vessels manoeuvrability.

The ship BW ATHENA is a Oil tanker registered in Bermuda.BW Athena will be hooked up to the pre-installed production system.Hook-up will mark completion of the development phase and the Company anticipates that the production phase will commence in early Q2 2012. Production is anticipated to reach approximately 22,000 (1) barrels of oil per day (�bopd�), approx. 5,000 bopd (net to Ithaca).

New Built Vessal for Polarcus Asima built in Dubai Drydocks in 2009to 2010

Polarcus Asima is the third in a series of six seismic vessels being built at the yard for Polarcus. The first two units, Polarcus Nadia and Polarcus Naila, have already been delivered and deployed for operation.

Like its predecessors, the double-hulled, DP2 class Polarcus Asima incorporates several features intended to enhance performance with improved safety and comfort elements while ensuring minimum emissions. The 92m long, 21m wide new building is a purpose-built seismic vessel of the Ulstein SX134 design and, together with her sisterships, is said to be the first true Arctic-ready 3D seismic vessel in the industry with an ICE-1A class notation from DNV, double hull and an advanced ballast water treatment system that eliminates the risk of introducing invasive species into fragile ecosystems such as those found in the Arctic. The vessel has a maximum speed of 15 knots and is capable of deploying 12 streamers of 9,000m length at 100m separation.

Polarcus Naila is a 12-streamer 3D/4D Seismic Vessel. Delivered in 2010, Which is built to the Ulstein SX124 design and incorporates the Ulstein X-Bow� hull. The Naila combines the latest developments in maritime systems with the most advanced seismic technology. The vessel is also amongst the most environmentally sound seismic vessels in the market, with diesel-electric propulsion, high specification catalytic convertors, double hull, and an advanced bilge water cleaning system. The vessel complies with the stringent DNV Clean Design notation. Polarcus Naila and her sister ship are the only vessels with thruster units in the Polarcus fleet.

Polarcus Selma is an ultra-modern and Arctic-ready 8 streamer 3D seismic vessel of the ULSTEIN SX133 design capable of towing both conventional and wide tow spreads, including the company's First Pass 3D technique. The SX133 design has an overall length of 84.2m and a beam of 17m. Polarcus Selma has a maximum speed of 17 knots and is capable of deploying up to 8 streamers each of 6,000m length, or 6 streamers each of 8,000m length, with lateral streamer separations of between 25 and 200 meters.

The vessel like its predecessors, is amongst the most environmentally sound vessels in the market, with diesel-electric propulsion, high specification catalytic convertors, grounding avoidance systems, double hulls, and advanced ballast water treatment / bilge water cleaning systems that will prevent organic or inorganic contamination of the marine environment.
